We and our marketing and outsourcing partners, affiliates, or analytics service providers use technologies such as cookies, beacons, scripts, and tags to identify a user’s computer/device and to “remember” things about your visit, such as your preferences or a user name and password. Information contained in a cookie may be linked to your personal information, such as your user ID, for purposes such as improving the quality of our Services, tailoring recommendations to your interests, and making the Service easier to use. You can disable cookies at any time. On our web game hub and web checkout we use essential cookies and local storage to support secure login, session continuity (including deep-link auto-login from the app), fraud prevention, and order processing. These are required to operate the checkout and cannot be disabled without affecting functionality. We also use preference, analytics, and (where enabled) advertising cookies to run A/B tests and measure campaign performance. You can manage non-essential cookies via our consent banner; your choices apply to subsequent visits and can be changed at any time.

In order to verify the installs, a device identifier may be shared with the advertiser or third party advertiser or analytics partner.

You can exercise an opt-out for interest based advertising services on mobile applications by checking the privacy settings of your Android or iOS device and selecting “limit ad tracking” (Apple iOS) or “opt-out of interest based ads” (Android). If you would like to adjust your choices regarding the use of precise location data, you may also do so via your mobile device settings. Keeping Personal Data secure is a topmost priority for AppsYouLove. We do our best to protect your information from unauthorized access or against loss, misuse or alteration by third parties, disclosure and other improper processing activities. We have put in place reasonable and appropriate organisational, technical and physical procedures and safeguards to protect the information we collect and process. These procedures also take into account the type of personal data and the risks related to its possible disclosures. In the following we bring out specific actions with regard to organisational, technical and physical safeguards in place at AppsYouLove. Our safeguards include encryption in transit, environment segregation, minimization of content logging where feasible, tokenization of identifiers, and role-based access controls with audit logging for access to AI session data.

3.2. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed for the stated purposes and as required by law. When we no longer need Personal Data to provide Services and there are no statutory obligations to retain it, we delete such data or anonymize it. AI session logs are deleted or pseudonymized after 12 months, unless longer retention is required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, security incidents, or fraud. Transaction records are retained for the period required by tax and accounting law. Fraud-prevention and checkout logs are maintained for a limited period and then deleted or pseudonymized (for example, approximately 12 months unless a longer period is legally necessary or for dispute resolution). Where deletion is requested, we will retain only the minimum information necessary to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, or resolve disputes.

If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under the age of 16, please contact us. AI Features are not intended for use by children under 16; if an age under 16 is indicated, AI chat will be disabled.

This may include AI Providers (model routing platforms and model vendors). A current list of key AI Providers is available upon request and will be updated upon material changes. Such third parties may use cookies, APIs, and SDKs in our Services to enable them to collect and analyze user and device related data and information on our behalf. The third parties may have access to and collect data and information about you, such as your device identifier, locale (specific location where a given language is spoken), geo-location information, IP address, application usage, access and session times, applications present on the device or in use at a particular time on the device, and your viewing of and interactions with advertising, for the purpose of providing their services, including, for example, enabling, providing and delivering advertising as described in further detail below. The privacy policies of our service providers may include additional terms and disclosures regarding their data collection and use practices and tracking technologies, and we encourage you to check those privacy policies to learn more about their data collection and use practices, use of cookies and other similar tracking technologies.

For personalization and segmentation on our web hub, we may share pseudonymous identifiers or cohort attributes with integrated partners under appropriate contracts and safeguards (for example, for A/B testing or targeted offers). We do not disclose full payment card PANs. We may share aggregate or anonymized information with advertisers, publishers, business partners, sponsors, and other third parties.

5. Refund Requests and Data Sharing

For the sole purpose of processing refund requests for in-app purchases, we may transmit certain information strictly limited to what is necessary. This may include the elapsed time since the application was installed, the total duration of app usage, an anonymous account identifier, the consumption status of the purchase (i.e., whether it was fully or partially used), details of any trial period, and the relevant transaction amounts. By accepting this Privacy Policy and continuing to use our services, you acknowledge that such data may be shared with Apple via Adapty Refund Saver for refund processing. If you do not agree with this, you may stop using the application and request the deletion of your data by contacting our support team at [email protected]. All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple’s App Store. Refunds are not managed by us directly, and any requests must be submitted to Apple’s customer support in accordance with Apple’s refund policies. In most cases, purchases are final and non-refundable unless Apple determines otherwise. To facilitate refund requests, Apple may request information about your usage of our app, which we may provide in accordance with their policies. This data helps Apple decide whether to approve or deny a refund request. The legal basis under which this transfer takes place is our Legitimate Interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in preventing fraudulent refund requests and ensuring compliance with Apple’s policies. Refund-related data is retained for no longer than 12 months to comply with Apple’s policies and detect fraudulent refund activity. All transmitted data is anonymized and does not include personally identifiable information.
